All major brokers and a lot of minor brokers.
If your broker goes through Penson Financial Services then you can incur a higher cost. Change broker then.
E*Trade trades all OTC stocks w/o extra cost.:)

TD Ameritrade works fine....at least last I checked. You have to call in and have a representative put in the trade though; it won't let you do it online.
