My take is on question of morals issue first, I have no clue as to what kind of man the ceo is. I could say the same for about any ceo, unless I suspect a recent negative.

On question of intelligence, I believe he is intelligent. It seems very unlikely to me that an intelligent man would be creating a falsehood about dividend and buyout.

Believe it is the penny mentality at work in part.

They are the most suspicious bunch, and rightly so, when you see what happens in pinkland.

It will take an actual statement of the ex-dividend date to confirm that this is all real.

I don't think you'll see it even close to .87 until then, as peeps will play this for all its worth. You know the game...

It's hard to know if the $41.5 MM is available, because we don't know the buyer.

If other events for the company coincide with this special divvy, then you might get the $1.07 you allude to in time...

I've found that when dealing with pink sheet issues "trust" is always a factor. These stocks are notorious for scams and shady deals. It's best to never take anything for granted with them.

I wouldn't say the market fairly priced IDWS's shares at .20 cents. I'd say the pps was forced down to those levels IMSO.
