Except that stock only went from .09 to .31 after the pump began a few months ago. That's about as good as it gets in pennyland these days. On the downside all sorts of things might take take HRCT even lower than it is. At some point the SEC will probably shut down trading.
Perhaps HRCT will bring their audits up to date.... starting with an explanation of their huge cash loans to unnamed "sales agents" just before they closed the doors. LOL
