At "this point in time" I would characterize this as a "trade" with very little "holding" risk. For example, if "no" news, I would expect and upward drift.

There is an extraordinarily low probability of an exit from BK and a windfall or upside over-reaction, but this is not something you should anticipate or a good trading strategy.

The big advantage to trading BK stocks is the "over-reaction" to the downside, followed by a "bounce" or several bounces.

Alternatively, T-Securities are paying about 1.7% with no risk.

Good luck to you!

Hi Bill, Yea, this is all a bit confusing being a non professional
trader that I am. You ask is this a intra-day play? Well yes, to some and no to others, I have played this intra-day and did well doing that and then again I have held for days, weeks and even months with different results, both good and bad.
Is this something to keep? Most difficult to answer, we all have to make our own decisions based on our tolerances.
I'm not sure if any other co.'s have pulled out of BK, but I'm sure there have been and I couldn't tell you who they are as I've not been part of any.
And there are many reasons why another would want to own this co. first and foremost is the technology and the future of this co going foward, that in it's self is worth the gamble.
But as I alluded in a prior post, the concern to me at this time is the question of patent ownership and how this will effect my ownership in this co.
Hopes this helps. My thinking is nobody really knows until the dance is over.
