And my weatherman said it would rain today, but so far it hasn't.
Considering these guys can't even get the same day weather right, I wonder how accurate their long range forecasts have been.
As you pointed out, look hard enough and you can find a counter opinion. I think the proper approach is to consider the chances
of a more severe vs less severe winter with current energy situation and decide if there is a play there.
