FWIW... and it ain't worth much, Joe P from AccuWeather was on tonight. He is good. No question. He explained the fallacy (in correct terminology) of saying that there was a 60% chance that it would be warmer than usual. That means NOTHING! Literally nothing.
He showed a map of the US and it showed 1-3 degrees cooler both on the West coast and on the East coast. The entire central US should be average. Overall, slightly colder because of the huge populations on the coasts.
