There is no fraud. Barrick will owe SLW 650,000,000 dollars if the deal goes South. SLW wont be paying the additional 160,000,000 either. Plus, the Tesoro site which is being disputed is only 1/4 of the total mining area and SLW is getting streams from Barrick from other sites until Pascua lama is producing in 2015
