There is fraud my friend if you check into SLW securities filings you will find that they have stated that the silver contents of Pascua Lama are a large portion of their reserves and these have been under injunction since 2001 by Chilean courts.
SLW have relied on Barrick's statements to declare these reserves and since these claims are decidedly false there is a real fraud.
Once these proceedings are ruled on, Barrick will be hard pressed to make good on their false promises to SLW.
SLW will need to restate their holdings as well deal with some serious class action lawsuits over this.
