it will be very difficult and ILLEGAL for any other company to
intervene in this process.

Yeah, I thought about that as well. Once the SOE owns the 51%, they could just sit on things and wait/frustrate us out? But would that make sense for them to do so? I don't know. Thoughts anyone?
