No , I am not talking intervention at this time. Only that to my knowledge, all companies in China are influenced or owned by the gov. Therefore since another Niobium mine is partially owned by the Chinese, why would they not provide the financing for this then when its proven, just sit on it rather than develop it if its not needed at the time. Only waiting to develop it at some future date when it is needed.
