Exactly... if someone is to dump shares or sell shares, they WILL NOT put it out big block like that knowing the volume we have.

This big block is put up there to: 1) discourage buyers 2) scare people to sell into the bid or lower than .002 3) slow down those who will want to buy to help clear .002 as it has large size, one or small group of people can't do it 4) a tactic buy someone who still is not done collecting shares at lower than .002

It's CLEARLY a game.

From my estimate looking back at trades and short sellings, I think MMs are stuck with about 30 million shares shorted.
