Seach Nunez on the SEC page. You will see he has been found in stock fraud and denied business activity with NASD members. Fraudsters are liars. Nunez is a liar. Working capital is not needed if you are doing nothing. Case closed. mmtc is a scam operation

Lets say that we are real close to the float at 170 million shares tied up by the insiders per the filings.. Short sellers have a problem... Longs hold more than the float out side of the insiders and the insiders are still buying.. :-) This stock should be much higher than we are now, eos!!

That's exactly what Mr. Nunez meant. Jeff told me in Aug. when I asked about financing and said he had all that was needed to move forward. The connection: OSIS and MMTC. What a team!!!
