Let's say there are short positions and volume is as it is. And it becomes evident at the upcoming show mmtc has nothing like at the last show and mmtc shares prices drop again. What will longs do if wanting to exit? mmtc share price will create a sharp downward cliff. Short direction in mmtc is already established with declining volume and systematic selling "in-between". Remember now and always: When dilution is ongoing, the bid is the real market. mmtc longs will be creamed. mmtc is going to .0001 unless the reverse split comes first and even then it will only delay .0001. mmtc ain't nothing at all

even more SHARES!!!
even better than buying on the open market
as a 'priority' to aquiring as many shares
