I think with new datacenter coming online this weekend, huge market awareness multi-media campaign for 995ad.com and that spinoff to the OTCBB getting closer soon investor will see that IDS CEO has mapped this out very carefully to increase shareholder value long term.
My guess is IDS will end up with two publicly traded divisions on the OTCBB HLS and 995ad.com which they will remain majority shareholder of both.
