I'd hate to be the bearer of bad news but, PSSST, This is a shell scam. A one man operation here. A history of purchasing shells by scammer Dwyer with the intentions of hyping it, sucking shreholders in, then dumping, cashing out. Just think of BCAP as Dwyers ATM machine. It's that simple.
