Either the management (including Lincoln since I think Lincoln is the one who is making decisions on things instead of our IPRU CEO) don't know how to run a publicly traded company or they have big plan to make us know when the timing is right.
For Lincoln who is a marketing genius (per many articles I have read when they talk about Lincoln) ... he is sure too quiet.
