From a 6 month chart perspective...all the moving averages are moving sideways and have all converged except the 200 which sits close by...I love this scenario because the sideways action will create the largest explosion....just my thoughts..nothing more..

You can see what happens from this chart formation by checking the explosions from the same convergence on the following...

CLN> MDI> BCA> and many more when they are at or near a bottom as IPRU is currently...
