Stockcracker even though you state you are an investor you sound rather negative. I don't think you are qualified to render an opinion on the qualifications of any one of the Directors of Big Screen Entertainment Group.
I have a high regard for Kimberley Kates as CEO of BSEG. I have no problem if she has a great deal of contol of her board of Directors. If you study the history of this company you will find she went through hell to get to where she is.
I have absolutly no connection with BSEG other than as a shareholder. I live far away from them in the fantastic province of British Columbia, Canada.
Join BSEG's Investor Forum ( which is very unique for a company to have ) for a lot of good reading material.
Another point I would like to make Stockcracker "so what if the Directors are employees of the company." Many great companies such as Microsoft started that, remember it started in a garage.
I have been a very successful investor for 40 years, at this early stage BSEG meets all the qualifications to be in my portfolio.
