yup, "matter of time" since 2009.

"Matter of time" when this was promoted to a high of about .12 in Sept. 2010.

INOL has been Gary's best scam, Gary, his associates and the "consultants" have diluted billions of shares for millions of dollars since Gary "bought" Nexxnow in about Aug. of 2009 while still scamming investors at a prior public company.

Gary just did a RS earlier this year, a 1 for 500. Shot the price up to .05, promoted it to a high of about .08 and dropped down to the usual .0001 for Gary's scams.
