200 million, not 2 million. At worst, the dilution is not something to be concerned with at this time. Let's hope they found a way to make those shares worth something. IMHO!

It is coming at surprise that they are giving away shares to BoD, but again, I believe the shares were always there, just a new way of counting for them. As I stated we have statements but nothing audited since March 2012 everything has been unaudited so they can do or present anything they want until it becomes an audited sheet which it has to present detail what the numbers really are, then also you must look at the notes, that is where the magic is.
