If billions were to ever be converted, which on its face is a laughable joke, there would need to be an available commensurate number of common shares with which to convert to.
It's a laughable joke to even postulate as with the developing business plan and client list revenues are coming. Why would the company scrap all of what is ongoing to convert billions of shares as you suggest? Then they would do what exactly, covertly sell billions of shares into the open market without anyone knowing? LoL!
It's not ironic that the only ones worried about this are not shareholders at all. I have yet to hear any of your fears espoused by a single long here.
