Hopefully no one photoshopped it, even if they did, I doubt that would be the next celebrity, but if so, that would be crazy, ex-mayor of Cali has lot of connections. That picture though got me excited for the next Celebrity announcement.
I think it's photoshopped as i saw that picture before on cover of another cigar magazine a long while back.
notice there is no information of any kind on that page, just his pic and title of Cigar & Spirits. I don't know what or whoever did it will gain for this but it's not real.
