Ancestry.com (ACOM) has agreed to be bought for $1.6B by a consortium led by European P-E firm Permira, the WSJ reports. The group includes Spectrum Equity, which owns 30% of the company, and CEO Tim Sullivan and CFO Howard Hochhauser.
