People can argue about what a freeze means for as long as they like. $BCAP's SS has already been unchanged for a year and the O/S maxed for just under a year.

There's not going to be any change in the Common again until July 1, 2014 at the earliest. It's really that simple.

Just like $BCAP's audit which will be completed shortly: the very same one that some said would never and could never happen. Turns out that what was written in those PR's were accurate too. All the documents delivered to the auditor, audit underway. In a few more days we get an update on status.

Soon after that its time to debate what an S-1 means :-)

well NO, thats not what it states. it states that shareholders can vote to increase the AS and it also states that 1 million issued super voting convertible preferred votes at a rate of 10000 to 1 and it currently holds voting statuts. thats 10 BILLION votes so who ever has that stock can vote those 10 billion votes to increaswe the AS at any time they wish and there is nothing anyone can do about it
