As you said its the law, and IMO its not meaningless.

The whole process was under guidance of Counsel. If he advised $BCAP and they mis-filed amended By-Laws with FL SOS or otcmarkets.com there appears to be a very serious issue.

I forwarded screen shots of your posts (including your response to this one) so I can get clarification for myself.

the PR means absolutely nothing. the preferred MUST be converted if a demand is made. no ifs ands or buts about it. its the LAW
