That brings up a good point. This will not be a 40 million cash deal. It will probably be stock or some other means

but either way it's a great deal for IDWS share holders..

My best guess is all insiders (in spite of what brainiac bashers have posted here) all own only restricted stock. This is one way of rewarding them for building this company from scratch with no investors after all these years. Plus, don't assume sale price was for 100% of division I doubt they would give up that much control so early on.
