I agree with this, and let me add that in my area foreclosures are
still happening, some homes I thought would be safe are not.

Whenever all the big blue chip stocks go down over missing their quarter, look out!

I'm curious and interested in the various views and scenarios of the future on the U.S. and world economy and the stock market. The stock market happens to be another hobby of mine, among others. I have been successfully trading since the most recent bottom in the stock market (March 2009) at a pace convenient and suitable to me. For this year alone I have traded 10 times so far, all with profits.

I have read many books and taken courses in finance and banking/stock market analysis, T/A and F Analysis, cycles, psychology, bubbles and manias, crashes, etc. and have read books on these subjects. My academic background and career is in Civil Engineering and Project Management.

Bob Wiedemer's 'Aftershock' new edition sounds interesting to me and I may order it. Thanks again. Have a great weekend.
