I wish I could believe you and Robbin! Between myself and four other investors we have not been able to get through for a month. I was told yesterday, that when he (investor) called and asked for Renee Gilmour, the lady on the phone said, who! The investor said your CEO, and was put on hold for 5 minutes and came back and was told she was unavailable.

In my 25 years of investing, I have only experienced one other company to pull the same scam, and that too was from Dallas. And, only a scam (company) would lose nearly 1500% in less than a month.

These folks are scum of the earth, criminals, with no considertion and hold no value for their shareholders! Bastards will burn in HELL!

thx for sharing. Its outright disgusting to hear from CEO that no matter where the SP is we will continue to dilute.

why all of a sudden they realized they need cash flow and dumping shares at any cost?
Franchises started at 5 by end of the year and one poster said between 1 and 3 and now you are saying one more. Is it a plan or some kind of a scam..... They diluted almost 200 mil shares for the past 2 months or less. why do they need so much cash flow just for one more franchisee for the year.

if gilmores have everything in it they never do this for sure cause no management in the right mind do this killing their own company unless they have other intentions to screw shareholders. If they are so honest, instead of all this private chatting with one person (anyway illegal) why not a CC with shareholders and explain them where the company is headed and what to expect.

Also if I remember right she said there is so much interest i their franchises they can even open 40 in a year if they want to. Now why struggling to open just the,second one. She is a total bs put all pumping news to suck in the investors and playing innnocent now. Ask her next time abt the franchise drama.
