We'll discuss that after we get through dissecting Coca-Cola's imminent buyout of BBDA (according to the fictional, for entertainment purposes only blog-site).

So, nobody is interested in discussing why a month and half before the Walmart announcement, a duplicate for-profit version of DLR Associates Delaware, the owners of Koma Unwind, was registered in Wyoming and has 150K shares?

Each state has there tax advantages and seeing the growth it is advantages right now. I know the next state do you??

I wonder where their profit is coming from?

Gee, maybe sales and growth.

I wonder why BBDA financials never list any taxes paid on supposed revenues?

See 1st statement. There are advantages.

And for those of you playing along at home, there is still no Bebevco registered as a Slovak company.

Registering and getting a business license is the easy part! If you pay small fees you have a business license and register within a week or less.

It takes longer to get things going for a business then registering and license. My tax lawyer told me everystate has there tax advantages. It is no big deal. I guess some people never set up a Corp., LLC or business before and actually wanted to do it right.
