It has nothing to do with tax advantages. It has to do with share structure and public stock solitation and anonimity. Penny scams use states who's laws make things easier for them which is why Nevada and Wyoming are popular.

The tax he's referring to is Federal.

Each state has there tax advantages and seeing the growth it is advantages right now. I know the next state do you??

I think you're missing the point. But if I had to guess the next state, I'd guess Nevada.

Gee, maybe sales and growth.

Can you please explain for the class exactly what "sales and growth" DLR Associates is experiencing?

See 1st statement. There are advantages.

I still think you're missing the point. The CEO says all business is transacted through Bebevco. So why does DLR Associates state of registry matter one way or the other? Especially for tax purposes? After all, DLR Associates only makes $1 a year for licensing all the products to Bebevco, according to the CEO.

Registering and getting a business license is the easy part!

All the more reason to ask why it has't been done already. Bebevco Europe Edition was announced almost a year ago. Of course, at that time it was going to be a German public company, but Germany inconveniently tighten up their securities laws, so they had to implement plan B. Except Plan B apparently isn't being implemented.

It takes longer to get things going for a business then registering and license. My tax lawyer told me everystate has there tax advantages. It is no big deal. I guess some people never set up a Corp., LLC or business before and actually wanted to do it right.

I'm going to go ahead and presume that if you're hiring high-powered beverage execs to run a company and setting up deals all over Eurasia, that it would be prudent to actually have a company set up to deal with, first, especially since it's the "easy part."
