As I wrote yesterday, a $BCAP share buyback can now go on the long-range radar (months / quarters ...) as your post intimates.

$BCAP isn't successful yet, but when it is, I doubt any shareholder will begrudge Matt Dwyer making money from his investment in the company.

FACT: There will be no increase in the A/S or a R/S without the majority approval of Common Shares until July 1, 2014. That's what was voted on. The language is very clear except to people that have reading comprhension issues (there appear to be several on this board).
