Yeah, I spoke to a manager at TD and they told me it was the DTC that imposed the chill and not just them. I was like No, you're the only brokerage that can't buy it. I said look at the volume from yesterday.... How can it have that much volume if it's on DTC chill. I think TD is just Fu**ing dumb and I will be opening up a new brokerage account. And they were rude as hell about it.

Edit: the manager said the reason it is still being traded is because other firms have inventories that they trade out of and TD does not have an inventory they trade out of. Lmao.
