As of last night they do......however from what I understand it is self imposed thus (someone clarify I am wrong) it is not a DTC chill....if it were it would be industry wide and no firms dealing with the DTC could excerise "buy" trades but obviously that is not the case as other firms are still buying.

I wrote to TD last night who said it IS industry wide......so either they misspoke or they are lying to me about what happend.

For you experts in the stock market.....am I off base here?
