All of this is just plain horrible. It makes me sick to think of the money we invested in this. There is no winner in all of this. They get delisted and we lose our money. I think they feel like if the SEC delists them then they can say,"Well, we tried our best and it wasn't our fault." I just can't believe that it has come down to this when all that it would have taken was some kind of investor conference call or update. Just sickening

If they allowit to be delisted, then investors would be wise to go after all deigns and company name created while it was. A publicly traded company. Then sell the designs to a manufacture for Walmart.
