No R/S has been announced.

With the A/S it has, a R/S may not be necessary. I haven't looked close enough to see what the odds are of one.

All old scams need new names. As far as a R/S, you will be given no warning and you will be told prior to the R/S that shareholders will be rewarded. My last reward was a R/S (no warning)had 20,000,000 shares reduced to 36,000 + shares. Nice huh ?
