If they are tapping LPC are they required to do a filing? Don't remember if they did last time.
And if they are, what for? Lots of possibilities.

Boy, sure been hearing a lot about cyber attacks/security these days. Seems like the speed of our material would have a very effective use somewhere.

When would the company have to announce that they have tapped the credit line? I am hoping if they do it is for a small amount. Also would love to know what LPC holds in the form of a position. I remember Tom telling investors that they own most of the shares put to them but I have a hard time believing that. These firms have hedged themselves in another account even if they would show a documented position. I know I would.
