Well to be honest I question it also, if they were going to do R/S why would they need to raise the A/S count, unless they actually did turn on investors and planned to dilute the O/S. something just dosen't sound rite.
Show us the money show us the signed contracts not improved opportunities, considering opportunities all that BS you gilmore pumpers... no one believes all the BS you put out there anymore.
Guys be extremely cautious and don't jump into this P&D company. They are dumping more shares into the market today hence the pumping news.
Do they talk about signed contract? No Talk about new Franchise? No Any revenue increases? No

A/S increased from 200 to 400 to 950 million in 5 weeks.
