I have not misinterpeted the case....And I do have a small position in $VRNG ( 2000 Shares between common stock and Warrants).

What I posted came from a Patent Lawyers view of the case that I cannot legally copy and paste here. So I took one of his outcomes and shared(Paraphrased it with this board.
