nevada state indicates 200M AS, and a "donald byers" as pres, sec, and tres
the corp has been in default since 01/01/05, which may just mean that corp records havent been updated since at least then, but also could mean besides corp officers changing, the AS may have also
...they need to fix this

pinksheets states 75M OS and a float of only 10M as of 09/12/05

i dont see anything that validates market cap being the current $8-9M...that alone may [probably will?] still pressure SP...unless [and perhaps only if] shares are held so tight that the upcoming "impact dates" mentioned in the last few PRs will be dramatic enough for a wider audience
