As of Q1 2012, ZTE had concluded 30 LTE commercial contracts and over 100 trial networks with leading operators. Eight of them have already been commercially launched, including CSL in HongKong, SoftBank in Japan, Hi3G in Sweden, H3G in Austria and Bharti Airtel in India.

you ask a very interesting question.

I believe the judge has to sign and enter (record with clerk and document entered into the court record) his order before it becomes official.

ASSUME a valid offer has been made after wed. but before judge signs and enters order. I think commons, in that particular hypothetical, are still 'in'.
