GM JSL, actually it was only 172 ballots representing over a billion votes one per share. We only need 80 million votes. That's only a few ballots if each shareholder had one ballot. Not sure if you have multiple account in BCAP if you get multiple ballots. Either way, it's not much needed to pass.
