RJ......as for me, I prefer simply waiting for the news of new deposits and new KDS sales. I believe that Brian and company have a lot in the pipeline, just delayed. That is the change I am looking for. I would prefer that to trying to force them now to tell us about a forward-looking date for these to happen. That would be simply repeating what we already know.

I only want our CEO to step up and follow through on his statement (assuming Kelly quoted him correctly) that he would put out some kind of document regarding his decision not to file the 10K.

If he doesn't then what does that say about him, and us for not insisting. After all, we, as a group, own approximately 16% of the company.*
