I only want our CEO to step up and follow through on his statement (assuming Kelly quoted him correctly) that he would put out some kind of document regarding his decision not to file the 10K.
If he doesn't then what does that say about him, and us for not insisting. After all, we, as a group, own approximately 16% of the company.*
