Just because they said they would not do a R/S why would anyone think this is absolute. We have seen one disappointment after another for several maonths. Massive increases in A/S, massive dilution to fund operations or fill his pockets, a questionable past of a CEO and constant delays in launching of products does not bode well for anything that is reported. Be realistic.

Would that be because everything they say has been 100% accurate. That of course would mean all the PR's over the last 3 years for release dates and products that never came to market or even close would be true right??

So I think it is still a valid concern because they have a ttrack record of unfulfilled promises
