But to tell you what I am afraid of is some kind of reverse split, cuz I have lost ALOT of money for that happening , I use to own 300,000 shares of VTPI and today becuz it split two times, I own one share. But I don't see that happening since the CEO himself owns 300 mil shares

If it's worth more, explain management selling shares for 0.00216! I believed it was worth a whole lot more before that action.
