Don't Panic, we will find out by Nov 1 if this is another delay we have had positive news this week on the 8k and who knows what has been transferred in from US bank or wells Fargo. also GS may want our NOLs in a merger. The operating Loss from WMB may also be a good reason for good news before the end of the year. God is good and on our side. :)
