If you're right about the hf's then of course I'm wrong, but to date we know nothing for sure regarding exactly what they actually did, how much proof we had, or how strong our hand actually was in mediation. All we know for sure is that $75m has been presented to us like its a big prize, which of course its not. If we have the dirt, then great you're right. But right now it appears an uncertain future usage of nols is the hope we hang on to.

Yep. Something had to be worth it - somewhere and sometime. Just our window for having ec on board keeps going down by the day until the hf fully take over.
