he mentioned Household penetration is 13%... That's low(which is a good thing)... Cable television has a household pentration rate of >90%... So there's plenty room for growth there...

Also mentioned was the Auto-Sales forecast...

Also a big part was his mentioning of IP in the car. Admittedly this is the beginning stages of IP in the car but Mel said they closely monitor the churn rate due to IP in the car and so far there has been no impact. AND he doesn't anticipate much churn at all due to IP... He sees the advantage going to SIRI as they will combine Satellite and IP in the car for the best offering possible.

AND our revenue model is significantly better than Pandora or Clear channel... Sirius generates $137 in revenue per sub versus Pandora@ $5.84 and Clear Channel@ $12.55..
