I don't think we can rule out a RS, and with upstarts like this one it's probably more likely than not. Four of our seven Director's are "Independent" ( Fasick, Pickett, Miller, and Bucchi ), and it's their responsibility to look out for shareholder interest. Z, Marcelli, and Ashton are not "Independent".
The only one of the group that I have much faith in is Miller. I'd prefer all our Director's be independent.
Guess we'll see. A RS would crush us.

Odd in the event of a reverse split LPC numbers adjust accordingly so that would not be a reason. The only reason that I can see for a reverse split would be for a nasdaq move, I’m not worrying about one, but I agree we should be able to get there (to the nasdaq) on our own. I’m noticing more buying (green) than selling (red) so the momentum is going to start to push us higher. And don’t take it as locked in stone, just how it looks to me. I haven’t been paying much attention lately because I’m not worried, the way I see it is that either we have it or we don’t but we now have what we need to figure out if Fred was right. This is what most of the investors thought was going to happen 3 years ago.

Anytime you can pick this up under a buck it isn’t even a question in my mind.
