#10762 RE: Grand Poobah #10758

Jorge Lopehandia does not have unencumbered title and certified domain over the Mina Pascua Chile areas of geological interest yet.

I agree with the quotes that you pulled from the two documents but you are missing my point

In the first document MSX does say that they believe JL has unencumbered title but they also state that that belief is based on the expectation that it the Amarillos 1-3000 claims will be cancelled. This hasn't happened yet so what the document says in a nutshell is MSX believes JL will have unencumbered title once the legalities are settled. He doesn't have it yet.

In my first reply to your second link here, fifth link originally, I missed where it says "JORGE R. LOPEHANDIA is shown on the margins as the current dominion holder" so I will give you that one. This document is the opinion of a Mining Enforcement Engineer and has probably been submitted as evidence in the proceedings so lets hope it works to our favor. It still doesn't mean JL has title. The courts have yet to make that decision.

But again I will ask you, what has this got to my original post? In that post I stated that these are valid documents from valid sources worthy of discussion. You are trying to make an argument over nothing.

If this is the case Grand Poobah, perhaps MSX should be signing something sooner then later, I have been told the cash will be lined up, so what happened? Perhaps this post in the sticky area is not all that true?
